I also accept your pfaff 130-6,130-50010 or pfaff 30 for restoration. I restore them personally after talking with you about your particular type of sewing and any special changes or additions you may  want. You MUST send a photo of the machines underside and all other 4 sides. This is for your protection as well as mine. I will put one of my specially machined handwheels on it as well as include a handcrank if you like.( BOTH included in the rebuild cost) !It will look like and  perform as a different machine WHEN you get it back.The base cost is $500.00. You must pay shipping to and from my location and it must be Packed VERY WELL. From the west coast it is around $100.00 both ways but if from Texas or further east it may be half as much . you may be able to come up with your own PACKING MATERIALS But do not skimp as the machine will come damaged. Also insure it for at least $800.00 and ship it USPS parcel post ground or DHL GROUND which is cheapest and they do a great job for me.

There is not alot I can do about deep chips down to the siver metal but (I  WILL PAINT AND RUST PROOF THEM). and DEEP scratches and missing decals or (broken internal timing belts which are a rare occurance).

These machines have had every screw and adjustment turned and are terribly out of adjustment Most of the time.

IF THE HOOK IS MISSING IS IT $100.00(less than most other commercial  hooks , TRY TO FIND THE OLD HOOK AS THEY ARE STRONGER.

Wrap the foot control in thick soft material so it doesn't scratch the machine unless you would like a new electronic foot control at the reduced price  of  $25.00. They don't get hot and provide awesome slow speed control. The old controls are a fire hazard. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A NEW FOOT CONTROL PLEASE DO NOT SEND  THE OLD ONE. FIRST WRAP THE MACHINE IN BUBBLE WRAP (BEING CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE LITTLE TENSION SPRING ON THE TENSION KNOB. PUT 3 OR MORE inches of HARD styrofoam under the machine and 2 inches of HARD styrofoam around all sides.Put this box into a larger box with 3 inches of styrofoam peanuts under it and 2 inches of styrofoam peanuts around all other sides. Write DO NOT DROP in big letters on the top of the box as well as THIS SIDE UP.

That is not crinkle on the machine. It is 50 year old dried oil and god knows what. There is nothing  that can be done about paint  crinkle short of repainting and that is too time consuming. I may do it in the future.These machines are sometimes so stiff  they turn hard and many times the zigzagknob is frozen solid.

THESE MACHINES ARE GETTIMG PROGRESSIVEY HARDER TO FIND. AND IF YOU HAVE ONE WITH THE ZEUSMACHINES NAME PLATE  ON  THE UNDER SIDE YOU WILL HAVE A  RARE MACHINE AS I DO Not KNOW HOW MUCH LONGER I CAN DO THIS. SEE  NAMEPLATE BELOW.

I SPEND MANY HOURS.WEEKS ON THESE AND THEY Do NOT GO OUT TILL THEY ARE TO MY APPROVAL.THIS IS HOW I KEEP MY QUALITY HIGH. I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO   RESTORES THEM TO THIS LEVEL. I COULD CUT CORNERS OR HIRE FLUNKIES BUT THE QUALITY WOULD GO DOWN AND I WOULD BE LIKE THE  SELLERS ON EBAY WHO TRY TO COPY ME LIKE  GRINDING DOWN THE BOBBIN WHEEL RUBBER TO NOTHING TO MAKE IT FIT A LARGE  HANDWHEEL. THIS MAKES IT HARD TO PUSH THE BOBBIN WHEEL DOWN.
